+ Our Sustainability Values
Environment ISO 14001 Certified
ISO 14001 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organisation can use to enhance its environmental performance. It provides a framework for organisations to manage their environmental impact and reduce their carbon footprint. A Plus Plastics is ISO 14001:2015 certified to continuously improve our environmental performance.
Sustainability is a core value that drives every aspect of our business both in the factory and in our office. We believe that waste should be treated as a valuable resource, and our recycling programs reflect this philosophy. All waste generated is reground and turned into new pellets for our enviro range products, ensuring that we minimise our environmental impact and contribute to a more circular economy.
More than half of the products we produce are made from 100% recycled materials. We are continuously working with our raw material suppliers to identify new sustainable product materials. This partnership allows us to explore new ways of using recycled materials, reduce waste, and minimise our environmental impact.
Products manufactured with Reprolene™ boast the same industrial strength as virgin PP. Both virgin PP and Reprolene™ products are engineered to be harder wearing and impact resistant, so you can make a sustainable choice without compromising on product performance or strength. Additionally, as Reprolene is a high-quality material that can be used in a wide range of applications, it offers a sustainable alternative to traditional materials and helps to promote a more circular and sustainable economy.
Holloway Group’s ISO9001 certified facility processes over 200,000kgs of Reprolene™ per month. Most of the products we manufacture in Virgin PP are also available in our 100% recycled range.
Our Enviro range includes more than 20 different products from stack and nest crates to bins and skates, all made from recycled plastic. At A Plus Plastics, we are proud to offer our customers sustainable solutions through our Enviro range of products. We believe that by choosing recycled materials and promoting circular economy principles, we can help create a more sustainable future for generations to come.
